Visiting Castle Howard is a breeze on Coastliner27-09-2016
Visiting Castle Howard is now even easier by bus!
We've partnered with local bus company Stephensons to introduce a new £2 return ticket to Castle Howard, exclusively for our Coastliner customers.
If you've got a valid ticket on Coastliner, you can buy a discounted ticket on the Stephensons' 181 between Malton and the popular stately home.
But that's not all. Visitors arriving at Castle Howard on the 181 also qualify for discounted admission – saving a further £4 off each adult ticket and £2.50 off a child ticket!
Our CEO, Alex Hornby, said: “We're delighted to work in partnership with Stephensons to offer these amazing discounts, which add up to significant savings for families and individual passengers visiting beautiful Castle Howard.”
Castle Howard makes an incredible day out for the whole family. A magnificent 18th Centruy residence, the stately home is set within 1,000 acres of breathtaking landscape in the Howardian Hills, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the heart of North Yorkshire.
The House is a treasure chest of world-renowned collections, stunning architecture and inspiring family stories, while the famous gardens offer space for the whole family to explore idyllic gardens, woodland and lakeside walks, or let off steam in the adventure playground!
You can save even more money with a Daytripper Plus, valid on any Transdev bus across Yorkshire and Lancashire, from Preston in the west, all the way across to the east coast.
Daytripper Plus costs just £15 for an adult, £10 for a child or £31 for a group of up to 5 adults.
Coastliner runs up to every 30 minutes throughout the day between Leeds, York and Malton, where you can catch the Stephensons 181 on Monday through Saturday to Castle Howard.
